Excellent place with clean pools, a bar lounge area, and a children's play area. Staff once helped me with a local delivery recommendation, which I remember fondly. I'll be back for Christmas!

It made our trip to Malia a lovely experience. Everything was great, yet we stayed for 7 nights only. Excellent service from the very pleasant and really friendly staff that we interacted with.

Far from most festivities. The cleaning services were satisfactory, and the staff was friendly. I found the dining options somewhat limited compared to what I expected from an all-inclusive resort.

decent price value

Just a decent option for a transient visit in Malia (Crete) with good price value. The hotel itself was lovely, but options for drinks were lacking. Try the restaurant next door for much better food.

The facilities are excellent, with clean pools and a lively atmosphere! Mariana from reception stood out, ensuring tech issues like the TV were solved with ease.

The extra charge for air conditioning felt unwarranted, especially given the heat! I encountered annoying mosquitoes nightly due to window screens being absent.
